Deadline for adding a subject matter to the meeting agenda is 3:00 p.m. on the Wednesday before the Council meeting.  If you wish to address Council and do not meet the deadline, please attend the Council Meeting and ask to speak during the "open forum/public comment" portion of the Council Meeting.
Exceptions may be made to this deadline at the sole discretion of the City Council.

Once approved by the City Council, Meeting Minutes will be marked as "approved"
